Software Questions
Needless to say, you can call us about any troubles you may experience while loading or running your software. We are very pleased to say that we get very few calls on the technical aspects of our software. We have worked hard to make the latest versions work on the full gamut (we should say gantlet) of operating systems from Windows 98, Windows XP, and Vista. The quickest solution to your question, however, might be a quick look at the links below which address questions that have come up in the past.

Software updates
If any product has a new updated build or new supplementary materials are added, it will be made available for download at no charge. Use your product serial number to download the latest builds at Downloads page.

If you do not see your tech support question answered in any of the forums listed below, then please give us a call. Do not hesitate to call if you are uncertain about any of the steps. Naturally, we offer support on the content of our materials as well, not just the operation of the products. Our support on course content is done via the online discussion groups.

A good place to look for answers and to post discussion or questions. New questions answered by the end of next business day. Your WebCard login is required to post a question in these groups, but anyone can view and search the existing discussion.
